The leadership team manages the team, and its current direction. Their goal is to ensure that the team is running smoothly, and working towards its goals. They are responsible for recruiting new members, managing the team's finances, and for sourcing new projects for the team to work on.
The marketing team is responsible for managing & maintain the team's social media accounts and website. They will develop initiatives to promote the team and our brand. Their primary role is to attract new members to the team, and to promote the work of the team to the public.
The design team is responsible for designing and creating graphics, content, and merch for the team while upholding the team's brand. They are students with a passion for design and an eye for trends. They will work closely with the marketing team to help transform promotional ideas into reality.
The P&C team is responsible for enhancing team dynamics, and ensuring a positive and inclusive environment by holding check-ups and organizing events that foster a collaborative atmosphere. They will assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and onboarding new members.
The education team is responsible for educating new members on the basics of medical imaging and AI. This allows for new members to prepare themselves for the work they will be doing in the team. Education team members will also be responsible for creating educational content for the public.
The medical team are students with medical expertise to inform developers and assist in research. Those with coding skills can contribute to development. Primarily, members focus on developing publications about AI innovations in medicine and related issues.
Project Leads are students who will lead the overall direction of the project. They will conduct regular team meetings and facilitate communication within the team and with the leadership team, to adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion of the development projects.
The development is a team of students researching and developing AI models for medical imaging projects. These research projects allow for students to develop their skills in coding and AI, and to contribute to the development of new medical imaging applications.
